The way I do therapy is guided by my interest in movement and well being and function of the whole body. The leading thought is to educate people to better understand their bodies and give them easy and simple tools on how to take better care of it, and in doing so prevent problems, aches and pains from arising - and if they do how to manage them.

Structural Bodywork & Fascial Release
The structural bodywork that I do is based on the fascial release methods of the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration school. The purpose of the work is to enhance the gliding of the fascial surfaces and through that aid the movement and mobility of your joints and tissues as well as clarify your proprioseption and sense of your body.

Hoitava Hengitys HB®
Hoitava Hengitys or Healing Breathing is a breathing method based on the Buteyko method. It is a gentle way to teach your body to breathe better. It's goal is to normalize your regular breathing so that it can better serve your movement and functioning as well as your overall health.
Choose Hoitava Hengitys when:
